Claire McArdle is Co-CEO of CMG Productions, a female founded and owned production company with an emphasis on sport which she launched with Rebecca Knight in 2021. Working in unscripted, the company has a particular focus on international stories and partners from the world of sport, and their documentaries have appeared on Netflix, Paramount +, Sky Documentaries, ITV, Via Play and Canal + amongst others.  The company’s CMG Studios division separately provides multi-genre full production services across large scale events, and high-end scripted and unscripted productions across the UK and Europe. 

Prior to founding CMG, she was the Managing Director and Chief Creative Officer of football platform OTRO. In a career spanning two decades, Claire has held senior executive positions at Viacom International, Channel 4 and All3Media-owned Maverick Television, and delivered International Emmy, BAFTA, RTS and Broadcast award-winning content.
