Hayden brings over a decade of experience in marketing, new business, and talent management, with a focus on building and scaling sports divisions. Over the last 5 years, Hayden has worked closely with leading athletes and content creators across Football, Formula 1, Boxing, NFL, golf and more.

He now leads the Sports Department at InterTalent Group, working with leading sporting talent across digital, broadcast and athletes.  Hayden’s expertise lies in identifying emerging talent, aligning them with opportunities to grow their brand, and delivering commercial value to brand partners beyond standard activations. With commercial opportunities continuing to flood into the world of sport, Hayden has orchestrated partnerships around the world’s biggest sporting moments, including The UEFA Champions League final, UEFA Euro 2024, YouTube Boxing crossovers, Formula 1 and more.

His deep understanding of sports content culture has seen him speak and judge at industry events including MAD//Fest, The Global Influencer Marketing Awards and the Festival of Marketing.
