Holly Flatley
With over 15 years of experience in the global sports broadcast industry, Holly Flatley is a highly accomplished leader in live production, strategic broadcast planning, and delivery of high-quality coverage of complex live sporting events. She is currently Head of Broadcast at Premier Padel, where she has overseen the sport’s rapid international broadcast growth since 2022, leading delivery across multiple markets and broadcast partners.
Holly’s career spans a broad spectrum of sports and continents, having held key broadcast and production roles across the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Before joining Premier Padel, she worked as Senior Production Manager for Eurosport Cycling at Discovery Inc, where she played a pivotal role in coordinating large-scale live coverage for major international cycling events. Prior to that, she served with IMG in broadcast operations for global cycling and volleyball events, including extensive international assignments in Japan, Bulgaria, Italy, and Australia for the FIVB Volleyball World Championships.
Earlier in her career, Holly managed multi-camera live broadcasts and outside broadcasts for Pitch International, delivering coverage for the Six Nations, Aviva Premiership Rugby, FA Cup, and the Toulon Tournament. Her expertise also extends to tennis, having spent several years with the International Tennis Federation (ITF), where she managed television operations for the Davis Cup and Fed Cup, overseeing production logistics, broadcast distribution, and international stakeholder coordination. She has also held production management roles at Tennis Australia, Sunset+Vine, and ITV.
