Matt’s been a digital creative for longer than he cares to remember: from design bench to director across various agencies, in-house and his own companies. He joined Brave Bison in its previous guise of Greenlight in 2017 and directs The Studio, the creative collective at Brave Bison. In 2024, he was made the company's director of AI and creative, which makes him also responsible for building and integrating a comprehensive suite of data science and audience insight tooling with AI and emerging tech. This suite delivers the potential to improve effectiveness for clients across their performance marketing mix.
