Melissa Soobratty is the Head of Media & Marketing at the Professional Squash Association, responsible for the media and marketing growth strategy of the PSA Squash Tour, in the lead up to the LA28 Olympics, where squash will make its debut.

She has accrued a wealth of experience in the fields of sports media, OTT, business development, strategy, and production, both in Europe and Asia. Previous roles include Broadcast Director at World Table Tennis, Vice President, Media at Football Marketing Asia (now AFG), Business Development Director, APAC at Endeavor Streaming, plus commercial roles at StarHub, Setanta Africa, Fox Sports and BBC Worldwide (now BBC Studios). A strong advocate for supporting new talent to rise and DEI, she’s a founding member and mentor at Diversity in the Business of Sport (DiBS) and on the steering committee and mentor for SportsPro New Era.
