Please ensure you use the Woolwich Club entrance, which is located on the East side of the stadium, between turnstiles H & J.
Train/Tube: The best station to travel to is Holloway Road (on the Piccadilly Line) which is a 5-minute walk from the venue.
Bus: Many buses serve the area.

Where do I go on arrival?
Delegates should enter via the Woolwich Club entrance which is located on the EAST side of the stadium between turnstiles H & J. Please check in at the registration desk to collect your delegate badge.
Is there a cloakroom?
There is a cloakroom at the venue.

I can't attend, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on tickets. However, we do accept name changes if you can get a replacement.

Is there parking at the venue?
The ground is situated in a mainly residential area.
We would recommend arriving to the venue by public transport.
Toilet Facilities:
There are toilets and accessible toilets available on Level 1 throughout Woolwich Suite and Emirates Lounge where the event is taking place.
Disabled Access:
Woolwich Club entrance is accessible, guests would need to use the lift to get to Level 1 where the Networking & Catering & Sessions will be taking place.
Smoking:
The venue operates under a strict non-smoking / vaping policy in all areas. Delegates and guests should please refrain from smoking / vaping on the pavement directly outside the doors.

Please note: Whilst we have a dedicated cloakroom for the summit and dedicated staff, please ensure you keep your valuables with you at all times.
